“There’s love on stage – a love for Shakespeare, a love of theatre and a genuine love between friends – that elevates this Stratford Festival production…Abraham has tried to do something different, interweaving Shakespeare’s greatest comedic love story with this warm show of love between friends.” - The Stratford Beacon Hearald
Read the full review here! The Stratford Festival is perhaps the most anticipated event that occurs in the city. It showcases the brilliant works of William Shakespeare and other well-known playwrights. From plays to musicals, romance to comedy and everything in between, there is something for everyone at the Stratford Festival! The festival takes place in five different theatres, two of which were one of my places of interest. The Festival Theatre is the primary theatre, therefore, there are usually more performances there in comparison to the others. This event has recently kicked off their 61st season on Monday, May 26th, 2014!
